Editor Companion - Animated Pet for Unity

An animated pet companion for Unity Editor with reactions, reminders, three display modes, individual profiles, and a wizard for creating custom companions from PNG frames.

Editor Companion brings a friendly animated companion pet directly into your Unity workspace. 

Your companion follows your cursor, reacts while you work, celebrates successful builds, and reminds you about scheduled tasks or breaks.

Choose from 4 included companions, each with independent names, behavior settings, animation preferences, and reaction options.

Display your companion in three ways:

•  Floating beside the Unity Editor
•  Inside a dockable Editor window
•  As a Scene view Overlay

Companions can react to Play mode, compilation, Console warnings and errors, successful builds, clicks, inactivity, and other Editor activity.

The included Custom Pet Wizard converts ordinary transparent PNG frames into a ready-to-use companion. It automatically creates sprite sheets, animations, reaction data, transparency bounds, click areas, and configuration files-without coding or manual JSON editing.

A complete Pico example is included to demonstrate the custom-pet workflow.

Editor Companion operates entirely inside the Unity Editor.

It does not add runtime components or content to player builds.
